Built by a Paltalk user, for Paltalk users.

PalShade was created by an actual longtime Paltalk user who wanted something simple: a better way to use Paltalk in the dark.

After spending countless hours on Paltalk, it became clear how uncomfortable a bright interface could be—especially during late-night conversations and extended sessions. PalShade started as a solution to that everyday problem: give Paltalk users a polished dark experience without changing what they already know and enjoy about Paltalk.

Rather than trying to replace Paltalk, PalShade was built to complement it. The goal is to make the familiar Paltalk desktop experience easier on the eyes, more comfortable at night, and visually more modern.

Because PalShade comes from someone who actually uses Paltalk, its development is driven by the experience of the community it was created for.
